Terms of Service

1. The beta

Fasmory ("the Service") is currently offered as an invite-only beta. The Service is provided as-is while it is in beta: features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly, and we do not offer an availability or support guarantee. Do not rely on the Service as the sole system of record for business-critical or regulated data during the beta.

2. Accounts and access

Access requires an approved request and an invite code. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and invite code confidential, for all activity in your workspaces, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You must be at least 18 and authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful content, malware, or data you have no right to process;
• attempt to access other workspaces, accounts, or the underlying infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, resell, or benchmark the Service without written permission;
• use the Service to generate spam or to send unsolicited bulk messages;
• store special-category personal data (for example patient health records) unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate agreements in place with us.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Workspace data is isolated per workspace using row-level security. You can export your data at any time from Settings, and you can ask us to delete your workspace by contacting support@fasmory.com.

5. AI features

The Copilot, insights and weekly reports use third-party large language models. Prompts and the workspace context needed to answer them are sent to those providers to generate a response. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before acting on it, and never treat it as scientific, legal, medical, or financial advice. AI usage is metered in tokens against your plan's monthly allowance; when the allowance is exhausted, AI features pause until the next period.

6. Plans, fees and changes

The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans we will give you notice before charging, and you may stop using the Service instead. We may modify or discontinue features at any time during the beta.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the beta. On termination we will make a reasonable effort to let you export your data before deletion.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of the beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
