What we collect

  • Access request details: name, email, organisation, role and use case, submitted through the request form.
  • Account details: email, name, avatar and authentication identifiers (including your Google profile if you sign in with Google).
  • Workspace content: everything you create: accounts, contacts, projects, tasks, calls, emails, meetings, invoices, quotes, documents, knowledge-base articles and notes.
  • Usage metadata: AI token counts per feature, timestamps, and basic technical logs needed to run and debug the Service.

Why we use it

To give you access to the beta, operate your workspaces, generate AI output you ask for, meter AI usage against your plan, contact you about your account or the beta, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

Where it lives and who processes it

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so a workspace's rows are only readable by its members. We rely on a small number of processors: our cloud hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider for account and approval emails, and large language model providers for AI features. AI prompts include only the workspace context needed to answer your request and are not used by us to train models.

Retention

Workspace content is kept until you delete it or ask us to delete your workspace. Access requests are kept while the beta runs so we can manage the waitlist. Usage records are kept for billing and capacity planning.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in the app, export everything from Settings → Data Management, and ask us to delete your account or workspace by writing to support@fasmory.com. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Security

Access requires authentication; every table is protected by row-level security scoped to your workspace membership; privileged operations run server-side only. No system is perfectly secure. During the beta, avoid storing data you could not tolerate being exposed.

Cookies

We use essential storage only: a session token so you stay signed in, and local preferences such as your theme, dashboard layout and saved view choices. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
